We are thrilled to welcome Mo Green to Cleveland County as our special guest for our May meeting! A staunch supporter of quality public education, Green is also the super-qualified Democratic candidate for the North Carolina State Superintendent of Public Education.

Our three terrific candidates for the Cleveland County Board of Education (Coleman Hunt, Rod Powell, Tracy Ross) will also share a few words with you to kick off this event. They will be available throughout the evening to chat, to respond to your questions, and to explain how you can support their campaigns.

While Green’s team certainly welcomes and needs any donations you may offer to support his campaign, there is no charge to attend this event. But we do still need you to register to attend by clicking the blue button at the bottom of this page.

The location of this event is the Bobby Bell Pavilion, 126 W Marion St, Shelby. As many of you know, it’s just a few steps down the street from the CCDP 2024 headquarters. Headquarters will be closed prior to this event, but we invite you to drop by for a visit after this event has concluded.
